They could not be satisfied to have so much done for them and not know whom they should be grateful
In the story, the shoemaker and his wife "...could not be satisfied to have so much done for them and not know whom they should be grateful." Explain what is meant in this sentence. How does this situation make the shoemaker and his wife feel?
