The first time I did not have enough experience. I really want to work at this school so what should I do?                 Submit a Possible Solution Please read response(s) below (if any) before posting your solution.                 Solution 1 Posted March 15, 2015 2:33 pm dyTuDu Reps: 103 If the reason for not being hired the first time was a lack of experience, I would highlight what I have learned since interviewing previously because that is what your interviewer is probably looking for. The longer we teach, the more confidence we gain, so being confident is also important. Also, if you can provide examples of student work that demonstrate their success and growth due to your influence, this is very powerful. A portfolio, online or paper, would be a great way to demonstrate all of these things. Also, make sure to include that you are a fast learner as well. This may ease there concerns about your lack of experience and make them feel like your transition into working for them will be a smooth one. Look up the most common interview questions and study those. Also, display your eagerness to learn and work at their school.
